Roles and Duties
Lead PACE’s BIM management, documentation coordination and quality assurance processes.
Manage BIM standards, workflows and document control across the project.
Coordinate architectural documentation with the Project Leaders, client and consultant teams.
Undertake BIM clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination reviews.
Ensure all documentation aligns with the client’s Project Brief and project requirements.
Lead quality assurance reviews to maintain accuracy, consistency and technical compliance.
Prepare and review detailed construction documentation and technical detailing.
Undertake peer design reviews to improve buildability, coordination and cost efficiencies.
Provide technical support during construction and respond to documentation queries as required.
