Roles and Duties
PACE Project Leaders provide day-to-day project leadership and take responsibility for coordinating the design, documentation and construction delivery of their projects.
DA Documentation – Coordination and delivery of Development Application documentation, ensuring design intent, authority requirements and project objectives are addressed.
CC / Construction Documentation – Management and coordination of detailed architectural documentation packages through approval, tender and construction phases.
Client & Consultant Liaison – Proactive coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders to maintain clear communication, resolve issues and drive project outcomes.
Design & Documentation Review – Ongoing review of architectural design and documentation to maintain quality, coordination, compliance and consistency with the approved design intent.
RFI & Shop Drawing Administration – Management and coordination of RFIs, shop drawings and construction queries, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently while protecting design intent and maintaining project momentum.
