Roles and Duties

PACE’s Graduate Architects and Documentors provide dedicated design, technical and documentation support across all phases of project delivery.

Working closely with our Project Leaders, Senior Architects and technical team, they play an important role in transforming design ideas into coordinated, accurate and buildable documentation. From early design development and planning approvals through to detailed construction and IFC documentation, they contribute to keeping projects moving forward with accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.

Working within PACE’s BIM environment and Quality Management Systems, our Graduate Architects and Documentors collaborate with consultants and the broader project team to coordinate information, identify documentation clashes and assist in developing practical solutions to technical challenges.

As emerging professionals within PACE, they are encouraged to take ownership, ask questions and continuously develop their technical and design capabilities through hands-on involvement in real projects.
