Industrial development in the Goodman Oakdale precinct. Custom designed development for freighting company. Complex design to allow for maximum spans and extensive roller shutter door openings. Project consisted of; Warehouse 27 000 sqm, Carpark for 200 cars and trucks, Ancillary workshop 2 000 sqm, Drivers Quarters 1 000 sqm and Wash Bay 500 sqm
