Roles and Duties
PACE Project Leaders lead the day-to-day coordination and delivery of projects across design, documentation and construction.
Working closely with the Managing Director, they lead project teams, coordinate clients and consultants, and drive projects to meet programme, budget and quality objectives.
DA Documentation – Coordination and delivery of planning documentation.
CC / Construction Documentation – Management of detailed documentation through approval and construction.
Client & Consultant Liaison – Coordination of clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
Design & Documentation Review – Maintaining design quality, compliance and coordination.
RFI & Shop Drawings – Managing construction queries, RFIs and shop drawing reviews.
