Roles and Duties
Senior Architect role Estanislao plays an important role in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of PACE projects, contributing across architectural design, documentation and construction-phase services. Working under the direction of the Managing Director and Project Leaders, he helps drive projects forward while maintaining PACE’s high standards of design, documentation and technical delivery.
He is actively involved in the preparation and coordination of Development Application and Construction Certificate documentation, working closely with PACE’s project teams and external consultants to ensure architectural, structural and building services information is accurately coordinated and integrated.
With strong technical and documentation capabilities, Estanislao works across both 2D documentation and 3D modelling using industry-standard design platforms. He contributes to developing practical design solutions, resolving technical and coordination issues in collaboration with the Director, Project Leaders, clients and consultants.
Estanislao also assists in the preparation of design reports and detailed project documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy, buildability, coordination and maintaining the architectural design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
Preparation and coordination of Development Application documentation
Preparation of CC and construction documentation under the direction of the Project Leader and Managing Director
Coordination of architectural, structural and building services documentation
Preparation of detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models
Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp documentation and modelling
Development of practical solutions to design and technical coordination issues
Preparation of architectural design reports
Coordination with clients, consultants and internal project teams
Supporting documentation reviews and quality assurance processes
Assisting with project delivery from design development through to construction
