Our involvement of works included site specific concept design, Development application documents, Construction documentation and overseeing construction on site.
Our scope was primarily to best utilise the steep site for an industrial development. This was an undeveloped site in the Reedy Creek Industrial precinct - the key to unlocking the development was to develop a scheme that minimised the earthworks construction, whilst also delivering an efficient industrial development. The warehouse loading areas has been also efficiently designed to have shared loading areas, this not only reduced the area of hardstand required it also allowed the space to build a second warehouse on the site.
