Repeat customer LOGOS Property appointed PACEARCHITECTS to design and prepare DA documentation for a warehouse and office facility for a market-leading incoming tenant in Hazelmere, Western Australia.
The final design included a total building area of 22,000m², the facility comprises a 400m² state-of-the-art administration office, a 1,300m² mezzanine and an automated conveyor system.
To cater to the tenant's loading requirements there is six loading docks and nine on grade roller shutter doors. The new facility has contributed to increased productivity and output, resulting in elevated operational achievements.
