Our involvement of works included site specific concept design, Development application documents, Construction documentation and overseeing construction on site. We were also responsible in preparing an interior fit-out scheme for base building.

This site was the last of the remaining undeveloped site in the Moorebank Business Park Industrial precinct. The warehouse loading areas has been efficiently designed to have shared loading areas.

Designed with flexibility in mind the facility layout allows the development to have up to 3 separate users, all with separate offices.
