PACEARCHITECTS was engaged by Patterson Building Group, appointed by Hannas Group as Head Contractor, to provide architectural services for the Design & Construction delivery of a new industrial warehouse and self-storage development in Lane Cove.

The development brings together 45 industrial warehouse units and 51 self-storage units within a highly coordinated multi-level facility, requiring careful integration of structure, services, access and operational requirements.
