Eagers Automotive – Darra, Queensland
Driving Design Through to Delivery

PACEARCHITECTS was engaged to provide Design Development and Construction Delivery services as Lead Consultant for the Eagers Automotive facility at Darra, Queensland, working collaboratively with CIP Constructions and the wider project team.

Developed by ESR Australia for Eagers Automotive, the project delivered a major automotive servicing, parts distribution and corporate facility within Brisbane’s established western industrial corridor. The development occupies a 32,000m² site, with approximately 10,746m² of GLA, including a substantial workshop and parts operation together with approximately 2,000m² of office and staff facilities.

As Lead Consultant, PACEARCHITECTS was responsible for driving the architectural design development and coordinating the multidisciplinary consultant team through the detailed design and construction phases.

The facility incorporates specialist automotive servicing areas, parts warehousing, high-performance workshop flooring, service pits and vehicle infrastructure, together with a two-storey corporate office incorporating meeting, staff, end-of-trip and showroom facilities.

Through a collaborative and solutions-focused approach, PACEARCHITECTS helped transform the project design into a coordinated, technically resolved and highly functional facility, supporting Eagers Automotive’s expanding operations across South East Queensland.
