Moorebank Industrial Park, Moorebank, NSW

Master planning, Feasibility studies. Site investigations, feasibility studies, planning Total site area of 53 Ha.  Project cost circa $120 million.

Roles and Duties

Patrick Pace is the Founder and Managing Director of PACE Architects and provides executive leadership and strategic oversight across all projects. ​

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight across the entire project lifecycle.

  • Lead project strategy, governance and commercial decision-making.

  • Work closely with the Project Leaders to review project progress and key milestones.

  • Resolve complex design, technical and project delivery challenges.

  • Maintain executive-level client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.

  • Attend key client, consultant and authority meetings as required.

  • Provide design direction and undertake senior peer reviews.

  • Ensure project delivery aligns with programme, budget, quality and client objectives.

  • Drive innovation, value engineering and buildability outcomes.

  • Oversee project risk management, quality assurance and successful project delivery
