B.Arch (Sydney) AIA+
Patrick Pace's architectural journey began at the University of Canberra in 1994 and continued at The University of Sydney from 1995 onwards. As a student he was tutored by Bruce Rickard and subsequently worked briefly in his office as a student. During the same period he also worked in collaboration with Platino, a property developer based in Cammeray. Exposure to architecture and property development in his formative years had a profound influence on his career path for many years to come.
Patrick is known for his uncanny ability to cut through complexity of a project and identifies the most critical issue and milestones. He views the client as a partner and seeks to build a close working relationship to achieve the best possible outcomes. Patrick is equipped with a wide range of experience from simple to complex buildings and site planning.
Patrick co-founded Twoarchitects in 2009, an architectural practice that offered services in master planning, architectural and interior design. In 2012 the practice simply became Pacearchitects under his sole directorship.
